For 2011 BMW has made some substantial changes to the E92 and E92 BMW 3-Series Coupe and Convertible.
The first and foremost and probably biggest change is the introduction of the much debated N55 engine to the 335i3.0l

I thought it might be interesting to have a direct comparison between the pre LCI E92 and the LCI E92 next to each other. I used the press pictures of both, some angles are wrong, but you get an idea as to what was changed and how it changes the car (for better or for worse). I like the new styling cues.

Car Magazine has published pictures of the M1 undergoing cold weather testing in Scandinavia. While the guys at Car Magazine are assuming that this is a mule for the next gen 1-series coupe (F2x), its safe to say this actually is an M1 prototype. Why? BMW 3 Series beats itself to retain What Car? Awards Best Compact Executive crown for the fifth year in a row
For the fifth year in a row the BMW 3 Series has been awarded the What Car? Best Compact Executive crown beating off stiff competition from…..other members of the BMW 3 Series range. It was a clean sweep in the Compact Executive category with the 316d ES, 320d SE and the 330d SE Saloons all winning their price category, but in the end it was the 320d that reigned victorious, winning the overall title.
