Dackelone shares pics from his little homage to the BMW Museum in Munich to see the BMW Art Cars exhibit. These cars were to be only on display for a few months (originally to end in Jan, 2011) – but now BMW has extended their stay until April 30th, 2011. Check out the super photo gallery inside.

Harold Wood aka Roger Lighterness has been sketching up and photoshopping various BMWs for some time now, and now has come out with an interesting take on the next generation MINI.
Nothing is yet known of what the next MINI will look like, with only expectations of a car that will be very new and unique.
Testament to that fact is the recent shuffle in BMW’s design department that has seen the head of BMW Exterior Design, Anders Warming move over to become director of design at MINI. Under his leadership such cars as the Z4, 5-Series and 6-Series were released, so there surely will be some very tight and beautiful design used on the next generation MINI.

Here are some really nice high quality high resolution wallpaper style photos of the new MINI Countryman done by AC Schnitzer. AC Schnitzer is of course known best for their wheels, and for the Countryman, ACS has chose to go with a 19″ wheel setup, the first time a wheel larger then 18″ has been used on a MINI of any kind.

BMW has announced new original accessories for the 1-series coupe. These include rally stripes, wheels, and exhaust pipes. The rally stripes come in black or white and cover the area from the hood, to the roof, and ending on the trunk. The stripe spacing and placement can be installed at the discretion of the owner.
The new BMW accessories wheels are 18″ light alloy double spoke Style 182 wheels in black finish. The third new accessory is a chrome plated exhaust pipe.
BMW continues winter testing of the F20 1-series 5-door hatchback. This is the first time we see a black model with less camouflage, showing its sculpted hood and showing premium wheels for the first time. The hood provides us an advance preview of the styling language we should expect to see on the next generation 1-Series and 3-Series.
From the first look, this is the most sculpted hood ever seen on a 1-Series (not hard with only 1 Generation), or even a 3-Series for that matter, and takes a tangential design direction from the F01 7-Series, F10 5-Series and even F25 X3 hood design. A new central column is now raised (whereas it is sunken by sharp lines on the F10), giving a very very sporty effect … CONTINUED

The 1M coupe recently made its Asia market debut by being debuted to the media in Singapore. Only 20 of these cars will make it to the Singapore market and 7 have already been spoken for with deposits.
