A stunning red X6 M decked out in BMW’s latest M Performance Parts and on display today at the M section of the 2011 Frankfurt IAA. The carbon fiber parts and the catchy red color really contrasted and complimented each other nicely.

BMW M Performance carbon fiber splitter and black front kidney grilles

The 2011 Frankfurt IAA auto show is underway and we’re here to bring you live coverage from bar none BMW’s largest display of any auto show it officially attends.
The BMW display is massive, taking up its very own hall at the Messe Frankfurt convention center. Like the 2009 Frankfurt IAA (the last one held), the hall features a full circle driving track which BMW used to dazzle the press as part of its press conference.
There is a separate section for the F20 1 series’ auto show debut, as well as a dedicated M area to debut the F10 M5.
We’ll be posting individual coverage of the more notable cars, so keep checking back throughout today/tomorrow! We’ll be updating this thread with links to the individual coverage/photos, so … CONTINUED
Hamann will be debuting its newest builds at the Frankfurt IAA beginning tomorrow, but here’s a first look at the Hamann 650i.
Front and center in the Hamann 650i tuning package is the complete replacement bumper with LED daytime running lights and complete rear bumper replacement. It also gets aggressive sideskirts and rear trunk spoiler.

The 650i is lowered by 30mm on Hamann springs.
Talk about unique. Those of you familiar with BMW’s aluminum cube interior trim will instantly recognize the pattern on this M3. The pattern is basically a traditional carbon fibre weave pattern but in a lighter silver color which BMW has used on interior trims. While many of us are not fans of putting vinyl wraps on your BMW, for those of you that like the vinyl wrap trend, this pattern is certainly a unique one that flows with OEM styling.
This car is based at BMW Park Lane in London, UK, apparently sitting on their showroom floor with these pictures posted directly to their facebook fan page. No doubt, Londoners who are interested in this car might want to pop on over to the showroom floor to … CONTINUED
M3 Adjuster, one of the first 12 civilians to test drive the BMW 1M coupe, as part of the M-power.com contest late last year, has become the first of the 12 to pick up his 1M coupe. His epic european delivery journal can be seen inside. If you like ED photos, you will NOT be disappointed!
We bring you the first photo of the 1 Series M coupe showing the range of BMW M Performance accessories for the 1M coupe. Front and center are the M Performance Stripes, which shares a design with the M3, X5 M, and X6 M performance stripes. Along with the stripes, hand made carbon fiber mirror covers, carbon fiber rear spoiler, and gloss black kidney grilles are also available for the 1M as M performance accessories.
The factory spec M3 feels right at home on the street or the track, but there’s always room for owners to customize it to become an even sharper track tool, such as this dedicated track-spec M3 owned by M3POST member wwjd15.
The melbourne red M3 features an array of track enhancement parts — front lip with functioning support rods, high rear wing spoiler for added downforce, lightweight Volk racing wheels, rollcage, Recaro racing seats, coilovers, and exhaust system.
