Meisterschaft has released its exhaust systems for the F30 335i (N55) 3 series. The two systems are the Meisterschaft Super GT and Meisterschaft GTC complete down-pipe back exhaust systems (section 1,2, & 3), with exhaust tip options of 4×90mm and 2×102mm.

The focus was placed on achieving a smoother flow with less “vortex” turbulence and more linear exhaust flow. The exhausts are hand-crafted and features 3.5″ inch piping from down pipe connection all the way throughout the rear muffler section (start to end).

The Meisterschaft GTC system offers a variable exhaust tone/note by featuring an electronic valve system that the driver controls via a hard wire switch or wireless remote. The valve allows the exhaust to go from a virtually stock exhaust note to the much more aggressive … CONTINUED

A 2013 M6 coupe (F13) has been spotted at the BMW Performance Center and it was doing exactly what we love seeing an M car do - taking to the track. This Sakhir Orange M6 with M Carbon Ceramic brakes was seen by Palbay today and he’s posted some photos and videos. Check it out inside.

The 2013 M6 coupe begins production in July and will see its first deliveries in September. We hope to see it in the fleet for the Performance Center driving school soon.

We bring you the first ever look at the F33 3 Series convertible (or 4 Series as it may be called when released) in testing with its hardtop roof retracted. The F33 largely shares the same proportions with the current E93 3 series convertible, although like the rest of the new F3x 3 series generation of cars, it will have slightly shorter overhangs, a longer wheelbase, and a bit more rear legroom.

These photos also represent the first clear look at the interior of the F33 convertible, which, from what can be seen, looks largely the same as the F30 3 series sedan. But, the rear view mirror is different, as is the new iDrive knob and controller system.

We also notice something curious about the front seats, … CONTINUED

Photos and pricing has now been released of the F10 M5 M Performance Edition special “Frozen” models. From the photos, you can see M Performance black kidney grilles and side gills trim, as well as an alcantara steering wheel and contrast stitching throughout the interior (blue stitching for Frozen Blue, white stitching for Frozen White, and orange/red stitching for Frozen Red). The dash trim is inscribed with a “Number X of 30 M Performance Edition”. We also hope the full M Performance Parts catalog will also include upgrades for suspension, brakes, and more exterior and interior dress-up parts.

Pricing has just been announced at £95,140, a hefty £22,000 premium over the standard M5 in the UK. Only ten units of each color will be produced, … CONTINUED

BMW invited us to test the all-new 6 Series Gran Coupe (internally dubbed F06) [full info thread] which is set to complement the already available Coupe (F13) and Cabrio (F12) versions. Here’s our review after two days and roughly 160 miles.

Let’s begin with some facts and figures. At 197.1 inches, the Gran Coupe is about four inches longer than the F13 Coupe, and only 2.7 inches shorter than the F01 7 Series. To allow the additional doors and rear space, the wheelbase of the Gran Coupe has been increased by 4.5 inches over the Coupe, making for 116.9 inches in total. The luggage compartment has a capacity of 460 litres and can accommodate three golf clubs. Split-down rear seats allow for a maximum capacity of 1265 … CONTINUED
