The BMW Group continued to perform successfully during the period under report despite difficult market conditions. Sales volume, revenues and earnings figures all constituted new highs to date for a third quarter. Revenues during the three-month period from July to September rose by 13.7% to € 18,817 million (2011: € 16,547 million). The profit before financial result (EBIT) increased by 13.8% to € 2,004 million (2011: € 1,761 million). So far we’ve only seen BMW M Performance aero kit parts for the F30 3 Series installed on white F30s, but here are the first look at how the parts look on a different color – Estoril Blue II and Mineral Grey 3 Series.
The parts seen on the Estoril Blue II F30 is even painted in body color for an even more unique look.

Check out the results of Sport Auto’s Supertest of the Alpina B3 GT3 in which they call it “the legitimate successor of the BMW M3 CSL.”
The Alpina B3 GT3 is a limited edition model where only 99 were made. It’s based on the Alpina B3 S Bi-Turbo, but 8 more HP (by re-design of sections of the exhaust and new enhanced Akrapovic rear silencer. Its N54 engine outputs 408hp / 540Nm of torque.

The F30 Alpina B3 continues testing and we’ve spotted it at the Nurburgring (spied at BMW’s Nurburgring test center).
The F30 B3 test mules (based on the F30 335i) we’ve seen so far provide a good preview of the external styling to expect on the F30 B3, with its Alpina front lip spoiler, aggressive trunk spoiler, quad exhaust, and of course Alpina wheels. You’ve seen plenty of images of the 2013 3 Series Touring (F31), now have a gander at how it looks compared to its predecessor – the E91 3 Series Touring, in some side-by-side comparison photos.
Both look great in our opinion and they both look like fresh designs to our eyes. To a person who has never seen either car, it may indeed be difficult to guess as to which is the newer/older design.
We bring you the first ever look at the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe prototype in live action – from a recent test session on the Nurburgring track.
This is the first we’ve seen of the prototype on the Ring, as well as being fitted with M Sport Brakes.

Although not full hi-res images, BMW has posted on its facebook page the first photos of M Performance Parts fitted on the F31 3 Series Touring and F11 5 Series Touring.
As expected, both the F31 and F11 generally share the M Performance Parts from the sedan versions – including black kidney grilles, front bumper splitters (carbon fiber for the F11), carbon fiber mirror caps, rear diffuser, side skirt trim, M Performance brakes, M Performance exhaust system and 20″ wheels (different styles for the F31 and F11).… CONTINUED
