At the Malaysian launch of the new F30 3 Series, BMW showcased a 328i partially adorned in some M Performance Parts.
As we can see, not all F30 M Performance Parts are featured here, with the exterior aero kit parts missing (M Sport bumpers, carbon fiber front splitters, carbon fiber mirrors, sideskirts, trunk spoiler, and rear diffuser).
Featured however are the the M Performance gloss black grilles, M Performance racing stripes, 20″ Style 405M M Performance wheels, M Performance brakes in orange (4 piston front, 2 piston rear, and which also come in yellow and red) with 370mm brake discs.

We take you on a tour of the Classic Coupes exhibit at the BMW Museum.
The BMW Museum has changed up a few of their exhibits. Down at the base of the classic “ball” are three super cars: 1M, 1M Homage and the 1M Concept. All three in red! It is quite a sight to behold.
And upstairs where the “Art Cars” were shown up in the classic “ball” is now a special showing of “classic coupes”. There is a little bit of BMW’s grand past and present on display here. Take a look for yourself as I guide you thru the Museum….

The official specs and photos of the first F30 3 series race cars have now been released. The twin F30 race cars by ADF Motorsport will debut on March 31st in the WesBank Super series and will go on to race in the upcoming 2012 24 Hour Nurburgring race. These F30 cars feature the new line of BMW M Performance Parts and these specs:

The new BMW 3 series F30 (320d) has been named by Autocar as its pick for the Best Car in the Real World, over the popular Range Rover Evoque.
The 320d F30 was given five stars by Autocar, the highest accolade their we-drive-everything testers can bestow on a car, and they are extremely careful not to spray it about. The last five-star verdict went to the Ferrari 458 Italia in 2010. Read about it inside.
BMW Classic had a great showing of cars at the Techno Classica Autoshow held in Essen, Germany. The Techno Classica is billed as the worlds largest classic car show. It never dissapoints. At the BMW display area were some great cars from BMW’s glory days (and even some modern models). What makes it all so great is that most of the cars shown were BMW car club member’s cars. BMW Group, the Official Automotive Partner to the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, has now delivered the first 40 vehicles that will be used for this summer’s Olympic and Paralympic Games in London.
The newly-liveried vehicles will form part of the full fleet which will be used by LOCOG to help drive the Games. The fleet consists of electric, diesel, and hybrid cars, as well as a range of motorcycles and bicycles, and benefits from BMW’s sector-leading EfficientDynamics technologies meaning that it will achieve LOCOG’s strict 120g CO₂/ km emissions target.

Have a look at how the new F30 3 series sedan was launched into the Australian market. The presentation featured snazzy light effects imposed onto the 3 series, similar to the BMW Moscow presentation.
Autoexpress rightfully calls 3 the magic number for BMW. It’s BMW’s top selling model and has set the standard in the small-medium sports sedan class for decades.
