I vinyl wrapped my car flat black. This was just a random project i decided to pull the trigger on…. I had no experience whatsoever on vinyling anything. I just watched a few vids on youtube and got some advice from friends who do vinyl stickers. Heres a few pics of the process and outcome…

We previously reported on jpsimon’s turbo upgrade on his 335′s N54 motor. The upgrade to larger compressor and clipped turbine wheel is now complete and the performance increases have been documented. The peak gains were an impressive 40awhp/50awtq on pump gas. Full details and dyno inside.

Heres a thought; the 335is is more of a replacement for et E46 M3 than the current M3. Its got similar power (320 hp) with decidedly more torque (332 ft-lbs) for performance that is equal if not better than the previous M3. Its powered by a six cylinder powerplant like the M3 (albeit turbocharged) and weighs about the same (i.e. about 200 lb. less than the current M3).
We previously reported on the first E92 coupe Formula Drift car build by Michael Essa of Tech Trix Motorsports, powered by the BMW V10 from the E60 M5. The 2012 F31 3-series touring has been spotted! The picture comes from the Autocar magazine. The F31 BMW 3 series Touring is expected to follow after the Geneva 2012 launch of the F30 3-series sedan by possibly following the route taken with the 5er Touring (F11) And debuting in it’s home market, Germany @ Leipzig a month later. The 3-series sedan debuts in November 2011. The 3er Touring (F31) will also follow the same pattern as the (F11) and not be introduced in North America.
