We bring you what we believe are the most realistic F30 3-series sedan renders yet, based directly off the latest and most revealing F30 spy photos. The F30 sedan adopts BMW’s current design language, with a sleeker sloping hood with more upright and widened kidney grilles placed below the hood line. The entire front fascia is more front leaning and shark-like. The F30 features double side character lines, as seen in the render. The side view mirrors will feature turn signals, like the just revealed F20 1-series hatchback. A close exam of recent spy photos also reveal double hood lines, as seen in the renders. The headlights are aggressively shaped, and the xenon headlights should feature squared-off LED angel eyes.
Size-wise, the F30 runs on a … CONTINUED
The next generation 3-series coupe and cabrio are said to possibly be receiving 4-series badges, splitting up for the first time the 4-door and 2-door versions of what has always been called together, the “3-series.” These are some new speculative renders courtesy of Autobild.
Here are some new renders of the F30 3-series sedan, by German publication Auto Test. These are some of the more attractive renders we’ve seen and are clearly based off the F10 5-series, but with some attention to paid to previous F30 spy photos.
The rear 3/4 view is particular attractive. However, the renders are missing some new styling features revealed in the most recent F30 spy photos, such as the double character lines.
Autoexpress brings new renders of the F34 3-series Gran Turismo based the car’s spy photos, and SCOTT26 provides some more info on the upcoming 3-series GT. One new bit of info which comes as a surprise to us is that the 3-series GT concept will be debuted prior to the F30 3-series sedan. Read/see more inside.
Car and Driver renders the F30 3-series sedan, one of the better ones that we have seen. We’ll know soon enough as official F30 pics and details should be released by late this year, and its its world public debut just a few months later at the 2012 Geneva autoshow in March of 2012. The F32 coupe will be unveiled a year later in 2013.

Here is another F30 3-series render, courtesy of Bimmer Magazine. The front front fascia’s more upright stance and lower bumper borrows from the current 5 and 7-series bumper. We hope the headlights come out as sleek as the ones in this render.
Autoexpress previews the 2012 F30 3-series sedan and 2014 F32 M3 coupe. Not much info is new here than what we have previously posted, but their renders are a fun look at what the next generation F30 and F32 3-series and M3 may resemble.
Consistent with what we have posted in the past, the front fascia features a more upright angle, consistent with BMW’s current designs seen in the Z4, 5-series and 7-series. The F30/F32 3-series is also expected to be slightly larger in size, but with shorter front and back overhangs.
Next generation 3-series engine options will include a full range of turbo and naturally aspirated 6-cylinder motors, 4-cylinder motors, and possibly even a new 3-cylinder motor. The F30/F32 M3 is rumored to be lighter than the … CONTINUED
Here are some new renders of the next generation 2012 F30/F32 3-series coupe and sedan. Like the current generation, the coupe and sedan will continue to sport unique designs. The next generation 3-series is expected to grow slightly in size and wheelbase, but feature even shorter overhangs to preserve its sporty stance and style. The front fascia is expected to become more upright, consistent with BMW’s latest design language seen in the current Z4, F10 5-series, and F01 7-series.
The F32 3 series coupe is expected to share some design elements with the new 6-series coupe, such as sculptured flanks, low roof line, and possibly the turn indicators located under front headlights. It will also have wider and lower kidney grilles than the current E92 coupe.
