We generally frown upon street racing, but once in a while even we can’t help but be impressed by a certain video. This one features a stock F10 550i easily taking a modified Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from a dig. SRT8’s are no slouches, especially in acceleration, so this speaks volumes for the 550i V8 4.4L Twin Turbo engine.

Featuring some nice visual/audio effects a la Top Gear, the video shows off the stunning 2011 550i nicely, with some humor thrown in. Specifically targeted towards the Chinese market, the all new F10 5-Series now comes in a Long Wheel Base version, dubbed the Li. Not only is this car designed and marketed towards the Chinese buyer, but the car will actually be produced in a new facility in China as well.

The F10 sedan is due to bow its head in just another few weeks at the Geneva autshow and this F11 Wagon will then appear at the Paris autoshow later in the year, with availablity at dealerships in the summer/fall of 2010. Until then, enjoy some more spy video!
