BMW has been busy trademarking. Below is a list of some recent BMW trademark filings for future potential models. Remember, just because a manufacturer registers a trademark does not mean that the model will necessarily come to fruition. But, it makes for some fun speculation and certainly paints a rough map of what potential future models we may see out of Munich.

On display at the BMW exhibit at the 2012 AMI auto show is a frozen bronze 640d gran coupe with BMW Individual interior.
Elsewhere in the exhibit was the first BMW 114i to be shown to the public. The 114i features a de-tuned version of the 116i’s 1.6L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. Power output is 101hp / 133 lb-ft. 0-100km/h (62mph) in 11.2 seconds with top speed of 195km/h (121mph). Average fuel consumption is 5.5lt/100km (42.8mpg US).
Promotional video featuring the Alpina B6 with its V8 producing 540hp (397kW), with a maximum torque of 730Nm from 2800 to 5000rpm. The exhaust system is by Akrapovic. Full technical details can be found inside.
The 6 Series Convertible M Sport may already be a pretty eye catching car, but this owner wanted to make doubly sure that he would be noticed by ordering his car in Atacama Yellow Individual color.

We’re here in gorgeous Sicily, Italy for the BMW press drives for the 2013 BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. There’s a fleet of 6 Series Gran Coupes here for evaluation and on display at the hotel is a Space Grey / Cohiba Brown Individual 650i and Citrin Black Individual 640i M Sport, which we’ve posted photos of below.

The 2013 6 Series Gran Coupe will be offered as three distinct models in the US. The TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder BMW 640i Gran Coupe is the initial model and arrives in late June with an MSRP of $76,895. The 2013 6 series Gran Coupe has already made its rounds on the auto show circuit, but has never been presented officially in M Sport form yet. Seen here at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina is the first good look at a fully equipped 6 Series Gran Coupe M Sport. This frozen bronze 650i Gran Coupe wears the same aggressive, sideskirts and rear diffuser as the M Sport 6 series coupe/convertible M Sport. It rides on the 20″ M Sport wheels.

The 2012 Eurofest took place this past weekend at the The New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey (where the Jets and Giants call home). Cars of all European makes and models were in attendance, but the scene appeared to be dominated by BMWs.

On the occasion of the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS), BMW today announced U.S. pricing for the 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe, the 2013 650i Gran Coupe, and the 2013 650i xDrive Gran Coupe.
Including destination and handling, the all-new BMW 640i Gran Coupe will carry a MSRP of $76,895. The BMW 650i Gran Coupe and the 650i xDrive Gran Coupe will be priced at $87,395 and $90,395 respectively.

Hamann has revealed its cosmetic package for the F13 6 series coupe, looking less wild and tacked on than most of its styling packages for other models (which is a good thing).

We take you on a tour of the Classic Coupes exhibit at the BMW Museum.
The BMW Museum has changed up a few of their exhibits. Down at the base of the classic “ball” are three super cars: 1M, 1M Homage and the 1M Concept. All three in red! It is quite a sight to behold.
