Here’s a first real life look at the Frozen Blue Individual BMW M5 F10 M Performance Special Edition, which is currently on display at the Canary Wharf MotorExpo in London.

Featuring serene comfort, understated elegance and cutting-edge functionality, the exclusive BMW Individual 7 Series special edition by Didit Hediprasetyo combines the sophistication of a BMW 7 Series with the rising fashion designer’s lightness of touch. Created in close collaboration with the BMW Individual factory, the car embodies the Paris-based Indonesian’s sweeping concept of luxury. The collaboration with designer Didit Hediprasetyo is the first of its kind in Asia and this special one-off is available on the market since May 2012. BMW Individual 7 Series by Didit Hediprasetyo will be limited to 5 units, with each designed according to the character and personality of individual clientele.

Our first Frozen Black F10 M5 has now been delivered to lucky M5POST member mmmmm5. While the exterior is a very aggressive matte black, the interior is a classy and beautiful Platinum Individual leather with sporty aluminum trim. Check out the photos inside.
BMW had a 40 Years of M display for all to see at the Ringwerk during the 24 Hours Nurburgring race weekend. On display was a gorgeous Moonstone Metallic Individual F10 M5 (with Champagne Merino Individual itnerior) and Citrin Black Individual F12 M6 convertible, along with X5M / X6M, an M3, and an M1.
Many M Flight members had the opportunity to attend the 2012 M Festival at the Nurburgring during the 24hr Race (18-20 May 2012), which celebrated BMW M’s 40th anniversary.
The first day started out for the group at Pentagon Car Sales in Ramstein-Miesenbach, which they set out from for the Nurburgring. Upon arriving at the Ring, all members parked their Ms in the M Parking Garage. The M Shuttle then brought the group to the M Gallery where they were received by Brian Watts (BMW M Worldwide Marketing manager), Sarah Wild (MC) and Claudia Hurtgen (BMW Motorsports race driver). We’re here in gorgeous Sicily, Italy for the BMW press drives for the 2013 BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe. There’s a fleet of 6 Series Gran Coupes here for evaluation and on display at the hotel is a Space Grey / Cohiba Brown Individual 650i and Citrin Black Individual 640i M Sport, which we’ve posted photos of below.

The 2013 BMW M6 Coupe (F13) (official info thread) has also made an appearance at the 2012 Auto China show in Beijing, in a stunning Brilliant White Metallic Individual exterior with Opal White Individual leather interior and Piano Black Gloss trim. Until now, the F13 M6 coupe has only been shown in Sakhir Orange at the Geneva and New York auto shows.
The M6 coupe’s carbon fiber roof looks gorgeous contrasting against the pearly Brilliant White metallic paint. It is said (per our NYIAS interview) to save approximately 10 pounds compared to a steel roof and more than that versus a sunroof.
