The current crop of BMW turbo cars do not come with boost gauges. Available solutions have ranged from A-pillar gauges to vent displays. There’s now an in-dash solution which turns the factory fuel gauge into a boost gauge. Check out the sleek implementation inside.
The 2010 BMW 3-series and 5-series are the most “appealing” cars in their respective classes according to the 2010 J.D. Power APEAL Study. This year’s study asked 76,000 owners 90 days after purchasing their 2010 model-year cars “how gratifying their new vehicle is to own and drive.” As a brand, BMW placed near the top at #3.
Here are the newest F10 M5 spy photos, featuring a new set of wheels which have yet to be spotted on the new M5 test mules. The next M5 is expected to utilize a turbo charged V8 engine derived from the motor used in the X5 and X6 M.

BMW 1M Coupe first ride reports keep flowing in, this time from Autocar UK, which calls this a truly exciting car which feels every bit as agile as the standard M3 (at least from the passenger’s seat). Autocar reports that the 1M will be approximately 350bhp, with 6 speed manual and 7 speed DCT options, and will be lighter than the 135i.

According to the September 2010 BMW Model Changes Bulletin recently posted here, the M3 as of September 2010 production will receive some changes – most notably start-stop engine technology and manual seats.
Well that didn’t take long. BMW has released pics and images of its F25 X3 M-Sport Package, something which usually does not happen for a while after the car is first premiered. The X3 M-sport package will be available from 2nd quarter of 2011. It includes the usual aero kit, wheels, interior M bits, and suspension. Check out the photos inside.
