Today the BMW Group celebrated the opening of its first Driving Center in Asia, located in Incheon, Korea. The investment totals 75.5 million US Dollars up to 2020 (77 billion Korean won), and around 100 new jobs have already been created.

The first F30 3 Series facelift / LCI (Life Cycle Impulse) prototype has just been spotted! Due to start production in the Summer of 2015, the refreshed 3 Series will undergo minor exterior changes as the photos show. The most significant change will be seen in the front end, which will feature a restyled front bumper, deeper inset headlights (from the beefier bumper design) and shapelier kidney grilles featuring 11 slats.

Basically, the first (1200 miles) service is just like on the previous generation M3. The only thing new is that now BMW says you MUST replace the oil pan plug/screw and differential screw/plug with new ones! The crush o-ring is now built into the screw.

Development continues on the next generation (F48) 2016 BMW X1, slated for a 2015 release.
Compared to the E84, the F48 X1 features a shorter front end, shortened overhangs and a taller and more upright greenhouse. While some may mistaken the E84 X1 for a larger wagon, there’s no mistaking the upcoming F48 X1 as a compact SAV.
