WSTO assembled this customized track-inspired M3 for a customer to serve the dual purpose of road and track warrior. The customer had a shopping list of parts which included both cosmetic and performance related enhancements, and the result is certainly eye catching.
The final build included the following modifications:
- Eisenmann RACE with Challenge x pipe.
- Custom painted front grilles in matching alpine white
- Side grilles and the inside of the mirror caps painted in MAG Blue
- MAG Blue 18″ TE37 wrapped with Hankook Ventus RS-3
- KW V3 coilovers
- Challenge “V” weave front lip and mirror caps
- Voltex Type 1S wing
- Kreis-Sieg exhaust with x-pipe and remote key for opening and closing valves
The Fire Orange color first debuted on the M3 GTS coupe as an exclusive color and is even now only available as a BMW Individual color order, which we’ve seen ordered on a E92 coupe and M3 coupe. This beautiful custom build by M3POST member lucky11308 is the first time we have seen a fire orange E90 M3 sedan, and we think it looks terrific!
Besides the custom fire orange color, this 2010 E90 M3 with DCT has the following modifications:

The Houston M Club gathered over the weekend at Momentum BMW for a meet & greet, together with a chance to check out the Mini Coupe, X6M and X6 hybrid. And of course, also to check out each other’s M cars. Some photos from the gathering inside.

Attendees at the M Driving Experience at the Salzburg Ring were lucky enough to witness in person two of BMW M’s newest creations - the BMW F10 M5 and the limited edition lightweight M3 CRT. Both of these cars were revealed to the public for the first time at BMW M Night event at the M Festival during the 24 Hours Nurburgring race. Live event photos can be found here and here.

The M Power Driving Experience took place for M VIPs at the Goodwood Race Circuit recently. This was Aussie_in_London’s introduction to the most powerful letter in the world and all the more better for it than at one of the most historic race circuits in the UK that remains the same today as it did back when it ended Sir Stirling Moss’s international racing career.

Here’s the very first look at the new BMW M3 DTM race car spied during its first trials on the German track Oschersleben. The M3 DTM car will see its first official action when BMW returns to the DTM in 2012.
The M3 DTM will be introduced next week and BMW motorsport enthusiasts will have the chance to see the car in person — during DTM weekend in Munich’s Olympic Stadium on the 16th and 17th of July. It will be presented to the media for the first time during a presentation at the BMW Welt on July 15th.
