The group of friends and relatives took delivery of a F30 328i M Sport at The BMW Welt earlier this month, then proceeded on to Paris and Amsterdam, with an obligatory stop at the Nurburgring.

If you recall, September 1,2012 was the European Delivery kickoff day which saw an epic 24 M5s delivered [see our journal thread]. That was just on a single day and many more M5s continued to be delivered in the next three days until the date of the M Studio reception event.

To enhance the BMW European Delivery experience for this group of lucky M5 owners, BMW hosted a reception at the BMW M Studio at M headquarters in Garching, Germany.

The group met at the M Studio where they were given a presentation on the M5, checked out the M and Individual models on display in the M Studio, and mingled with other owners as well as BMW reps. The group then caravaned to a meal hosted … CONTINUED

Today, on the fifth anniversary of the opening of the BMW Welt, the BMW Group gave the press a sneak preview of its new brand experience. The official opening weekend for all visitors will be on 20-21 October 2012. From now on, the brand worlds of MINI, Rolls-Royce and Husqvarna Motorcycles, and the sub-brands BMW i, BMW M and MINI John Cooper Works will be part of the BMW Welt experience, as well as the BMW and BMW Motorrad brands. The BMW Group will also present its own company exhibition for the first time in the Double Cone. Therefore, Bavaria
