Other than that a real design question. Could all of that welding of each individual piece to make those bends be the simplest, least expensive, least restrictive or even remotely the best way to form simple titanium bent tubes. Quite honestly those parts look like a terribly complex, one off sort of hack job.

Hack? I don't know the scientific answer, but all Ti exhausts I've seen have segmented rather than bent curves.

All tubing, stainless, regular steel, aluminum or titanium can be bent "properly", however, thin wall Ti and SS present challenges. The equipment and tooling needed can be complex and expensive. It may even need to be hydroformed rather than using traditional tube bending techniques. Either way this segmented construction is clearly a hack.

I agree it doesn't look the best, but seems like on all Ti systems the tight bends are done that way. Probably a cost/volume issue. Only a large manufacturer doing lots of units could afford to hydroform. From Rogue Engineering site:

I had the Dixis Ti on my E46 M3 and I LOVED it... It sounded Amazing. Plus I had Piping. Sec 1&2
The new one looks like it comes with the sec.2 Im for sure going Dixis Again on my new E92 M3... The New one Looks Sick!

Anyone Know How much??

Whats included with that Price? Does it come with the Exhaust and Section 2
piping as I see in the Pic? or is the piping extra? Are they gonna have Sec 1 Available too for a Full Cat-back system? That would be nice....

Would you have any more sound clips? Driving Clips?

Also What are the Tip Sizes?
