Perfect, much appreciated. Was it 1800 for the whole exhaust system?

Does anyone know about extra power added?

In order to pass U.S. smog regulations (For states that require smog inspection such as Texas), you have to have a set of cats. So my question is, how does the o2 bungs get connected to the front pipes w/cats (part #'s 980722 & 980702) if there are no o2 holes on those cats? I'm assuming those front pipes weren't designed w/the U.S. in mind so they'll make another version for the U.S.?

The U.S. distributor for Supersprint is in Tyler, Tx which is 2-hours away from me. So I might be drive there to checkout all the e92 M3 parts & possibly buy:

Slightly OT: I had both the GruppeM titanium & Supersprint race mufflers on my old e46 M3. While the GruppeM was much lighter & sounds good, I preferred the Supersprint race due to its deeper growl.

Damnit...the reason I asked for SS is because I want a loud F1-SCREAMER, like in the M5...if it's like the hamman...then that's not good enough. I agree with chicagobimmerboy

Anyone know any exhaust that is really whiny? Thanks (and not a fortune)

Have they got their quality control issues sorted out? Horrible weld failure problems a few years ago.

Just wait for the SS race system, options will include full cat/resonator delete. Eisenmann is always a good brand, systems from independant tuners like Evosport, ASR, RPi and others who also make the same style systems are always great. Miesterschaft was my favorite brand for a while but given what its producer Eisenhaus has done in recent times, I dont support them anymore.

The difference between sport and race is that the sport one is single muffler that looks like the original, the race has two separate mufflers. I was told that the race system will be modified from what's on the site, as it is just too loud.

What exhaust would you say has a deep rumble to it but is not as loud as the SS Race exhaust?

Ya, i need to hear some more sound clips on this; sounded a bit muffled on a few clips. Was thinking something in bewteen SS Sport and Dixis sound. Rather have a clean, low rumble, as opposed to a loud screamer. We are talking about cars here, not ladies correct:D

I can read graphs, but is that possible with just a new exhaust?

I'd like to hear this SS bcuz I am starting to get interested...If it isn't too loud (track use...don't want silencers), then It'll be great!

BTW, yes...23 HP is pushing it, but still...this is not whp, so it should be like 15whp...which is still pushing it from a N/A engine.

Ya, I'm not sure what exhaust they are quoting and what additional pipes.

Also, is the SS Sport essentially the same as the E46 version, just made to fit the E92? If so, I have the e46 SS Sport and I do like it a lot.
