They received them yesterday... Two AW E92 M3s were in their showroom today. They moved the Jerez Black E90 M3 into their showroom while I was there. The sound of the engine and the exhaust was just simply music to my ears. All I can say is WOW...
The markup is 10k for each of the three.
One AW E92 M3 has the wheel package. One does not. The Jerez Black E90 M3 has no CF Roof but has a moonroof.
SOOO---> tempted trade in the E92 and E46 for one of these beasts!

Yeah, I saw the white coupe in the showroom last night at around 8:30. I think they had just moved it in there because everyone in the entire showroom was gathered around it ... even the salespeople! A funny site to see for sure. I'm still not loving the way the new M3 looks (I know, blasphemy), but it's sloooowly starting to grow on me.

Yup! It was an interesting site because when they moved the Jerez Black E90 M3 into the showroom, the showroom employees were all gathered around, and a few customers were just in awe... me being one of them LOL...
I stood there for about 5 minutes just comparing the AW E92 335i fender widths against the AW E92 M3 fenders. I wonder if the M3 fenders will fit the 335i. Length-wise, they look the same... just the width.
Also, I was checking out the soft CF interior trim. I would LOVE to replace my extremely dented Aluminum Trim with the soft CF M3 Trim.
I don't like the single-can quad-pipe exhaust of the M3. And when looking at the rear, you can see the red muffler hangers. I'd paint those right away LOL...
The side mirrors have grown on me. I may be interested in changing those.

Yup... that's what the dealer SA said... I guess there will be a market for the CF roof overlay for the E90 M3s.

LOL can do you that? Trade in 2 cars and cash for a new car?
I haven't seen one in person yet so the 'hype' hasn't got to me. The reliability of my BMW will determine if my next car will be a BMW or not.
10K mark up is not that bad of a deal at all, IMO. These cars should move within days.

Quite honestly, I can't see myself trading in the two. I just went for a nice cruise tonight in my E46 with the windows down. Even though Blue Book probably has the car valued at 8k or so, I still love the car. And the E92, they will lowball me with a trade-in.
You are right on the money in terms of reliability. Even though I love the BMW brand, reliability has become an issue of late. I think my E46 was more solidly built than the E92... :confused2
Did you get the issues fixed on the E46 yet? Honestly if my 335i becomes a big issue after the 50K warranty is gone, I'll probably try out an IS350 if I don't have enough funds for a slightly used 997 S yet.

Got a few fixed today.
1) New power steering hoses
2) New front Brembo brake pads
3) New rear OEM brake pads and rotors
4) New drive belt/AC belt
5) New radiator cap
Still to do:
1) Tranny shaft seal
2) Tranny mounts
3) Givo joints
4) Rear differential mounts
^Is that why you were at New Century BMW? Sorry to get really off topic, lol.
