D1S and D2S are bulb sizes.

Can these be used for the fogs? And if so, will they throw a code?

Are those genuine Phillips Ultinon D1S bulbs? The packaging looks different.

These bulbs are D1S bulb, just the bulb and ballast for E90/E92 that came with factory HID low beam. Both color temperature are 6000k. We have foglight HID for E90/E92 for 165 USD shipped that comes with special relay that will not throw any codes. We have a special going on for those foglight HID for $150 USD shipped for initial promo kit, 2 kits left.

You have to take off the wheel, and almost completely remove the fender liner then you will be able to see the bulb!

The Philips has a better color and nicer cut off line! Your OEM bulb would be Philips as well. Its like LV to GUCCI!

I would definitely recommend doing 2 things at the same time because you do have to remove the same liner!!

However, we are making some changes to the HID Foglight!

We sure have the HID fog kits for AUDI but we are just making some changes to our HID kit because EUROPEAN cars really are hard to deal with ELECTRONICS!

We are just waiting for the result from the members who got our promo HID kit!

Not trying to sling shit, but the "sharpness" of the cut off line is directly related to the design of the projector and internal shield, and not due to the bulb.

D2R aside, of course.

Philips is very good! General Electric/GE is at the same level as Philips.

But the Generic brand is not comparable with these. Is just that we are doing a very good price on the GE right now!
