View Full Version : Any LA Dealership Allowing Test Drives?
I'm very close to sealing the deal, but I have yet to get some time behind the wheel. I originally was planning to do this at the drive for the Cure event, but I would rather not wait until April. I have asked and been turned down at the dealers in the Pasadena area - New Century, Assael, Pacific, Century West. I would rather not embark on a wild goose chase if there are no near by dealers doing this and I could understand them wanting to keep the cars in the showrooms. If you are in the area and know of any dealer that have a car they are using for test drives, please let me know. Thanks.

I might be able to arrange a test drive for you. But not if you are close to sealing the deal somewhere else  Give me a ring

dealers should allow the customers to test drive the vehicle. I have yet to see a dealer of any caliber to not allow test drives if you are a serious buyer.

I talked to a salesperson before I got mine, he said the concern is that its such a high performance vehicle and none of them have been trained in the full and complete use of it. In the next few weeks all the sales people are taking full day classes on the M3 and after that they'll have no qualms in letting people test drive them. Sounded like BS but it didnt stop me from getting one ;)

I test drove 6spd E90 JB M3 today @ ShellyBMW. Good thing I drove the car, otherwise I would have ordered it.
Go DCT...

I test drove it in Long Beach. But, I bought my E46 from them and I also have had a $1000 deposit with them on the E92 since August of last year (which it turns out that I probably don't need b/c I want an '09).
