No, it wouldn´t. While it may be mountable, the E46 Airbag would not fit, the E90 airbag would probably not work and the steering wheel buttons definitely will not work.

That´s a "don´t even go there" subject.

It would but would be to costly for you. You would also have to replace the airbag and front cover.
