Tyson Meetup sounds fine as a rendevous, Im good for anything after the 19th. We need to make this small and very informal. Fairfax BMW expressed an interest to support DC Metro M3post guys, like Passport did for e90post. They need to know if you guys like the idea.
I'll be flying to PC to pickup the on the 14th (http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2882788#post2882788). I may drive thru Nags Head/Outer Banks NC and take a few days off on my way up.

I heard last time a bunch of guys just met in a parking lot over in Kingstowne after work one day. Perfect for small and informal. A parking lot, just a hour or two meet and greet. Put faces to names, check out all the cars.

I prefer a quick meet after work, in the 6 or 7 oclock range on a weekday. Just head over after leaving the office. Summer so you can still see at 8pm outside. Weekends are more difficult for me, but will go with the flow. Tysons, would work for me but try for somewhere off the beaten path, anyone around here knows the traffic patterns on weekdays.

I really do not know since now it's just over-crowded every single weekends:mad0260:. I usually go to the parking terrace E where the new food courts are.

It seems like Parking Terrace C is the biggest parking lot so maybe there?

Well, ifyou guys are worried about traffic congestion maybe Nottoway Park, Vienna VA. its right next to Tyson with awhole alot or space and a great start for a drive or eats after.

I'd had few M3 folks that PM me after we met and expressed that they were late in seeing the thread and others were afraid to drive up noticing it was already 11am and may not be able to get to see us in time.

Altogether we accomplished what we wanted, which was a no frills small greet and see each others cars.

On your Tint, my take on that would be ceramic tint would be the way to go,
LA Tint was my last shop that did my e90 325. They have a branch at Alexandria and have given me 10% off just being a car club mbr. No Questions asked. Call them up. Pinnacle I believe is their brand of choice.
or Formula One. My e90post guys are very happy with them. Im leaving mine stock for now.

Maybe JDee had his tint done by now. lets wait to hear from him
