Thank You for your input! We are making a heat shield right now as low cost upgrade. Its funny that people complained about sucking in hot air and now there are a few so called hot air intakes on the market. But nobody is complaining about "heat soak" with any of those. Our filter is placed in the coolest part of the engine bay. Away from direct heat. :thumbsup:

yea I understand...a bolt on snorkel with heat shield is what I want the most...since modified stock one looks like crap, and the 328 one doesnt 100% aim at the filter.

I dont see anything wrong with moding the stock snorkel. It is very easy to do. Takes only a few minutes. I have done several and you cant barely tell it's been moded. Unless you really examine it closely.

Our intake has proven gains, is very cost effective,and a simple diy. Doe's what it says. It is a great bang for the buck!
