Houston, TX Car Meet, March 26

This meet is gonna be held at Hunter's parking garage(details about it in March 11th car meet thread.) It will take place at 3pm, Please try to come on time(If at all possible). The last car meet turn-out was terrible, I know you guys can do better.(We realize that it was a bad time to be meeting there.) Put ur name on the list if you are 75% confident you can go(otherwise put a maybe by ur name) Here's the list:

I'd go but my E90 just got off the Ingolstadt today! BTW, at work there are two E90s that park one in front of the other. One is blue and the other is SG. The blue one offsets the SG because it is always clean. I don't know if those guys participate on this forum. Maybe if you announce the meet on bimmerfest.com some more people might come.

I will be coming - even though I haven't taken delivery of my car yet - but I would like to meet everyone, so I'll come anyway. Has anyone given any thought to the fact that the Southwest Freeway will be closed down in that neighborhood ? May have an impact on access to Kirby ?

I will be there.....but your right ther 59 is screwed so i will leave a little earlier. if your comming from the 288 north exit binz(left) which turns into bissonett and hang a right on kirby drive till you go under the 59 and make left on the feeder. see you at 3 :D

It actually came in a day early :cool!: I picked it up Tuesday night. This morning it was pretty foggy out, but I got a few pics anyway. I enjoyed meeting everyone, and thought I'd better post these so you'd know I wasn't just being a poseur ;)

no- I got it from Momentum on 59. I had some concerns about buying from them because of all the negatives I had read online, but ultimately I went with them because they are the most convenient for me (directly between home and work) and I wanted to try and establish a relationship with them for future service needs. Probably didn't get the best deal I could, and there were a few bobbles by the CA, but it worked out pretty well in the end.

BTW - our cars were shipmates.

I see, I bought from Momentum in June but this time around BMW North left them in the dust with their clear offer from the start. Even though my CA was a very nice guy he couldn't get close nor start to give me dealer extras BMW North was offering me. I gave him a chance though. But oh well, I little competition among vendors doesn't hurt, especially on things that can save me some dollars.

Our cars were shipmates and probably factory siblings. Congratulations.

That peal and stick you mean is a red strip that just comes off? That's what I have but I also got some BMW instructions that explain how glue is to be placed around the spoiler (on the inside of course) and then layed on the car for 6 hours. I didn't get any glue with this spoiler!
