Two problems with my 08 M3, Anyone else??

Problems:
1. Engine service light - about increased emmisions the service dept said its the coil they ordered it for me.

2. Im about 90% sure that one of my bigger speakers isn't working i feel a lack on bass (Premium Sound pkg).

If anyone else is having these problems or others please share....

On #2, have you adjusted the equalizer and turned up the bass?

What i did was played the song in my car n played the same song with same settings in my friends M3 we noticed the lack of high end bass after listening to it very care fully but the service people at Open road BMW say its fine .... dont know what 2 do ...

hmmm.. maybe i should compare my car to another m3 because I have the premium and i think the bass really sucks. I mean I had a loaner 328xi and it had more bass than my car did.

I order to troubleshoot the inoperative speaker, have you used the balance and fader to isolate all four corners of the car and determine which corner has no bass output. It's probably the woofer at one of the corners that doesn't work.
