NOW OFFICIALLY SHIPPING (BOTH COUPE AND SEDAN!!)

Due to a better manufacturing situation we can now extend the savings to you!
--> NEW PRICE! SEE BELOW!

THEY'RE IN STOCK AND READY TO GO!! :)

RennART exhausts feature straight through mandrel bent aircraft quality T-304 stainless steel pipes that not only increases the exhaust velocity (for improved power and driving excitement), but also gives the distinct sound that is RennART approved (see video below).

DYNO PROVEN POWER/TORQUE GAIN
20whp at some parts of the powerband where you actually feel it (as well as 11whp/9wtq peak gain) with no CEL problems (click for larger version of dyno below) (http://www.rennart.com/images/RennART335ExhaustDyno.gif):

http://www.rennart.com/images/RennART335iCatbackExhaustDynoMed.jpg

IMPROVED POWER TO WEIGHT RATIO!
The RennART exhaust is a whopping 35lbs lighter than the incredibly bulky stock exhaust!

NORTH AMERICAN QUALITY MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION:
The RennART exhaust features 2.5 inch tru-dual full T304 stainless steel (15+ year lifetime) exhaust with X-Pipe included for perfect exhaust flow and smooth sound.

FULL DOWNPIPE BACK EXHAUST:
Note that the mid pipes AND front pipes are included in this price! This is a complete solution! The only section that's not part of the exhaust is the downpipe section (this way you're guaranteed not to get a CEL from this upgrade.. just a wonderful sounding exhaust and more horsepower and torque)!

GET THE POWER & EXOTIC SOUND NOW!
The RennART exhaust doesn't have an annoying loud sound that you sometimes would be embarrassed about. This is a clean sounding, but more aggressive sounding exhaust that just demands respect!

Here's a video that one of our customers made of our exhaust (non-res version) and also a video of a stock exhaust to compare:

Anyone with resonated version who can comment on drone?

CubanJJ09
06-28-2008, 06:47 AM
i have the resonated. its there but not something you cant stand. i had to put some felt pieces on the rear console storage to make it stop rattling from the vibrations but other than that im 450 miles into it and the drone seems to be fading away a little more and the sound is really starting to come through. ill be replacing resonated with the non res. in a bit because i wanted it a little bit louder. but overall im very happy and pleased with it

Mine is also the resonated and it's not loud depending on what gear you are in. I can tell you it sounds awesome with the windows down and reving up downtown! Nice growl on the downshift and blip throttle. You can hear it just enough in 6th (mine is a 6spd manual) gear while cruising. This does not sound like a ricer exhaust if that is what you are looking for. Neither my wife or kids complain like they did with my exhaust on the S2000. Another way to think of the sound of this exhaust is to drive a 135 sport and multiply that sound by 3 or 4. The only rattle my car has is the rear ash try door, but with the radio on you don't hear it. Also, the car pulls harder after 6k rpms where boost starts to fall off. I also like that I can still hear all the tones of my stereo! I must be getting older.

Whomever has this exhaust, or the vendor, please comment on how low the pipes hang near the differential. It looks like the pipes are cutting another 2" or more on the clearance.

Why are the pipes hanging so low? The stock pipes are full diameter at that area. The only crush sections are further fwd of that section. Was this an incorrect install?

Otherwise I'm all over it. Love the sound (resonated version).

I'm assuming you're referring to the photo above? That photo is from a somewhat weird angle and the camera lens is also attributing in making it look a bit off. Rest assured that the clearance overall is no different than stock, so no worries.

My own car sits really low (read: slammed!) and I have no issues whatsoever driving around the city... If you know what Chicago streets and parking entrances are like here then you know what I'm talking about!! :confused0068:

Thanks for the compliment on the sound too by the way! :D Took us a while to pick the right mufflers.

Hey Joe,
The system has broken in very nice. The sound has deepend and is now a little louder after 200 miles. I can set off car alarms in my parking garage when I get on boost!

Can't promise the price will be the same... But roughly the same price range!!! :D

We have some enhancements coming out with V3 (Verison 3) that will add some costs, but WELL worth the change!!! We are currently on V2.

I have developed an annoying fluttering/ticking noise from a leak in the exhaust. I took it to my mechanic and there is black stains from where the pipes connect to x-pipe and flanges. I have pictures too.
Is it the style of flanges? Don't they create an air tight seal?
Do you have a solution to this?

Also, are the quad tipsin? Emil said he'd send me a complimentary set due to using my photos on the website.
