Super Paranoid and need help

okay, i have been reading the wash/detail forum and searching since thursday afternoon. i know there's a shit load of answers, and a shit load of information but i am very very paranoid right now. I used to wash my jet black 335 as carefully as i can, but i ended up with swirls anyway until i gave up and started taking it to car wash places.

My m3 paint is flawless (except for one rock chip) no swirls or anything. i want to wash my car.

what is the simplest and quickest way to wash, and put some sort of paint protection (wax or sealant or glaze or whatevers) without ending up with swirls?

what's the quickest process, and what material/supplies should i use? i really need help

Simply put, there is no "quick way" of cleaning a car without getting swirls on it; reducing swirls really depends on how much time/money you're willing to spend.

Products:
gilmour foam gun
decent car wash soap(Turtle Wax Ice at Costco)
2 buckets
3 microfiber or sheep skin mitts (for cleaning car)
p2s1 wheel cleaner
EZ-Brush for wheels
package of microfiber drying cloths, applicators, buff-off cloths
jetseal
pinnacle souveran w/ polycharger
Flex or any random orbital polisher (if polishing)

I would first spray the car with water then follow through with foam. Let it sit for several minutes~while waiting clean the wheels with p2s1 and the EZ brush. rinse the car. follow through with another thing of foam but this time do the 2 bucket drill of cleaning (i use 1 mitt for roof, another for trunk/bumper/ hood and the last for doors). then you dry. if you havent clayed your car yet do so but use a fine grade clay cause it doubt your new paint has that much contamination. Polish car if necessary( use halo lights to help you;bought mine for $25 at Lowes) Once no swirls use Jetseal, do 1 thin layer and let it cure~i usually give it a day, use microfiber applicator and buff off using microfiber cloth. afterwards i follow with a layer of wax i personally use pinnacle souveran w/ polycharger, again use microfiber applicator and buff off using microfiber cloth.

For the interior you're going to need another set of products/materials. Before even doing the exterior i suggest you do the interior.

Products:
303 aerospace
Leatherique Leather cleaner/conditioner or Zaino z9 & z10 (takes less time)
Stoner's invisible glass
CG waterless wash (for door jambs)
Vacuum
microfiber cloth/applicator

First vacuum the carpet, cup holder region, trunk and seats(a crucial step before cleaning and protecting the leather). Make sure all loose debris is removed, and if there is a stubborn stain in the carpet you're going to need a chemical to remove; unless you have a steam vacuum. Apply z9 on a microfiber cloth and begin scrubbing the seats (do little at a time) after you do so for a minute or two, dry off with microfiber cloth. then do the same with z10, make sure you dont over due each product~little goes a long way. After you do your seats, do the steering wheel~zaino doesn't leave a greasy feel my experience. For the dash and other plastic/rubber parts use 303 to clean&protect with (using applicator and cloth). next its your door jambs, clean it with CG waterless wash. Spray and let it sit for 30 seconds or so, then wipe off using cloth~make sure you constantly fold or use new cloth cause debris will get caught in the cloth and if you don't take the precaution you will get scratches or swirls. Finally, clean the windows (front/rear and the mirrors)

I'm off work all week... Come down to L.A. and I'll help you wash/detail your car. I just spent like $300 on detailing stuff (most from Chemical Guys), I've got the Gilmour Foamaster, CG Citrus wash, QDs, Clay, Jetseal, 5050, microfiber towels, etc.. etc... If you like the results we can go down to Chemical Guys and you can buy some stuff.

dude, i'm off pretty much all summer because school is out. i've got about 120 hours of server/it administration work to do this summer but i'm gonna put it off as long as i can. going to vega$ for like 3-4 days this coming saturday!
