I bought them for my longer term employees who wanted them and they have had no issues either, none have cases. Granted, we work in an office all day, but I just can't figure out how you get that kind of damage on a phone without trying.

Agreed. It looks like they were probably scratching the edges on the concrete surface they were taking pictures on, lol...
I dropped and shattered my old iPhone screen in it's case. I currently have my iPhone 5 in a case that adds pretty significant size to it, but I've dropped it a few times so far and no issues (hit the parking lot hard on the corner of the phone last night too). I don't care about looks so much, people know it's an iPhone, they just can't tell if it's the 4S or 5 unless I hand it to them. I don't care though, I'm not a brand whore, just bought it because I wanted it
