Where did u get the figure of 11.2s? I know the 316i has been tested to do 0-100 in 8.5s so the 316d should be around 1.5s slower than that to 100. It won't be comparable as the speeds increase. The motor doesn't work thruout the engine's rev range, & with only the engine on it's own the Prius only has 99ps & 142Nm of torque at most.
The total peak power output of the Hybrid drivetrain is not simply the sum of the motor & the engine (in that case it would be 181ps). Toyota use their own calculations & the "system output" is rated at 136ps max.
