There's a whole thread about that article out here somewhere. In any robust critical view, it's about as useful as asking someone whether they like chocolate or vanilla. That "reviewer" lists no objective criteria for the evaluation, makes no comparisons for reference, and it kind of appears that he or she is judging the "concept" F32 (which was a near-production concept) against the radical art-of-the-possible concepts that are designed to amaze us with 24 inch wheels and ideas we've never seen before.
I discount that article entirely.
