I might have two beers every other day. Weekends are depending on how my relationship is going, LOL.

Dinner is the most fulfilling meal of the day. I usually take a lot of time preparing a well rounded dinner. I could increase the meat servings as a start, since I don't think I'll gain much weight adding more asparagus.
You need to focus on a decent breakfast too. You're missing your daily jump start. Try scrambling a bunch of eggs to get you through a few days (...or hard boil a dozen), and eat that with whole wheat toast, yogurt and a protein shake.
