Yeah, I think starting next week I am going to try and prepare myself a "morning" bag with some nuts, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs that I can toss in my backpack with my lunch.
I know it hasn't been doing me any good by not having anything at all, so I'm curious to see how I feel after a week of changing the morning routine.
