Like scostu said, the major difference is that USR's are made by DEPO while MB's appear to be made by an unknown brand (most likely Chinese). Also, USR's are DOT/SAE certified while there appears to be no marking on MB's headlights (

Visually, USR's have a projector low beam & reflector high beam while MB has projectors for both.
