You certainly are priced at what a non accident car would bring in for that mileage. Curious what it states on the carfax. Just an accident or frame damage, can't tell by your comments, not your fault mine. When did you purchase the car? What kind of discount did you get when you bought it I.E. if it was worth $25k with a non accident did you pay $25k full price or a discounted price of say $20k? I am aware of a member who is looking to get rid of his E90 and might be interested if the deal favors him is why I ask. He will want full disclosure as you had mentioned.
