It's such a shame because the 403's are good looking wheels. For reference wheel sizes are always listed as this Diameter x Width, with et being offset.
If you just purchased a square set of tires and intend to keep a square stance (which I personally reccomend) you should get four identical sized wheels. Stock size is 8 inches, 8.5 can work with 225 section tires (although I'm confused why you have 40R and 35R tires ???) and will allow you to fit on larger tires in the future. What is important is the offset, width is the easy one. I believe VMR designates 8.5 et35 as their "direct fit" F30 size.
