Good call, i forgot about realoem and was looking on getbmwparts.com

the part number of the M235i rear brake caliper with the 40mm piston is:
01 Caliper housing left 1 11/2012 34216860737

and for the 340i they are:

Talk to Dave Zeckhausen. He is the best!
I talked to him this morning. He believes that the m235i calipers are not going work on an f30. he said that he believes the rotor offset will not be correct. When my rebuild kits come tomorrow I'll put everything together and see how/if they work.

I am hopeful but not optimistic that they will actually work with my car
