i think you need to check IRS_SINE circuit between siren, fzd(roof function center) and interior sensor)
you have to disconnect all modules and then use circuit tester to check circuit continiuty
the one problem that can be is that wiring in rear wheel arch had damaged due wear
during car lifetime wiring harness isolation can be damaged due continuous car body bending on road
