I can't speak for bimmerlabs tune. I would love to try it, so I can truly compare most popular tunes being pushed on the forums.

Regarding other paid tunes (AA and Stage)
As someone who actually run AA and BPC (Stage FP) tunes, they are very comparable. The latest AA tune matches BPC low end torque. On top end, bpc and aa were almost the same.
If you will not do milvs, AA would be perfectly sufficient. You might actually get better fuel economy as you will be pressing your accelerator less, thus saving more fuel.
