My 2 cents: It's not a terrible deal for an extra year of warranty and guarantee that the drivetrain was not f*cked with (or give you some legal recourse if you found out it was after the fact). However, it doesn't mean it's a great, accident / damage free car though. A lot of times dealers will CPO cars that they know won't sell easily.
