Absolutely a blast to drive - even stock. I have owned 4 F31 m sports and this engine is a perfect fit for the platform. Typical BMW underrating the engine power...I would assume its in the mid to high 300's for hp and tq stock. Can only imagine what this thing would be like with a tune...
I owned this exact car for 2+ years before selling it last Nov to a guy in So Cal - he wrapped it LSB, put ohlin coilovers on it and did the swap with an almost new 2k mile b58. I believe that Precision Designed did the swap...from what I was told, it was flirting with 40k all in between engine, trans, labor, coding, etc. Lucky for me, the seller gets bored quick and was on to the next project.
