Did you come up with a solution?
I guess I have the same symptoms, a wavy/pulsating noise around 120 km/h
I came across a same problem and solution in the link below;

It says the cause is a combined effect of buckled rims and out of round tyres.
Could you update us, if you hopefully, solved it?
