Need to develop a "PLAN" for diagnosis/ Testing. Please answer following questions:
1) What Make/Model Scan Tool do you have?
2) Do you have a Multimeter? What battery voltage measured at Jumpstart Terminals?
3) How far away is the vehicle? Is there an electrical outlet available?
4) Have what is needed to charge battery where vehicle located? 170 RPM during Starter Cranking suggests marginal
Battery Voltage. Needs to be at LEAST 12.0V. Charge or connect Jumper Cables at Jumpstart Terminals (NOT at battery).
5) Read/Report ALL Fault Codes in DME.
6) If your Scan Tool will display "Freeze Frame Data", please provide FF Data for each DME Code.
https://www.obdautodoctor.com/tutori...ame-explained/
7) After recording ALL DME Codes & FF Data, CLEAR all DME Codes, then Crank Starter for ~ 5 seconds.
8) Read and Record ALL DME Codes & FF Data AGAIN, and post here. Post info recorded in (5,6) & (8), SEPARATELY.

Your OLD codes indicate PAST/ Current(?) issues with Crankshaft/Intake Cam Synchronization (2A9A), DME Relay (2ACC) &
Battery Exhausted (2DEC), battery voltage LESS than 9.5V. Latter would prevent Starter Cranking, probably OLD.

Proper Diagnosis of "Crank, NO Start" issue requires time & effort. That's why many folks just "Throw Parts". If you will
answer each of the questions above, we can suggest "Next Steps" YOU can take with available equipment.
