yes, if the offset is too low, you're stuck with it. with ET40 and use of spacers you can tailor the front and rear flushness exactly how you want it. also, different brands and models of 255/40/18 will have a different shape, section width, tread width and F32 are slightly wider than F30, which is why you'll want do it after wheels are installed and you are lowered
