I faced a loooong plateau.
I had to lower my calories intake from 1800 to 1650 (3x 550), which I do 13 day out of 14 (the 14th is my cheating day).
In retrospective, that was easier than I thought. From 5'10" 240 to 163, going for less than 140. It is a very slow process in my case and I am ok with that.
