I spent some intimate time this evening with my car computer and it opened to me
I took pictures up to menu 15. Forgive me if some are slightly out of focus.

Anyone who wants to translate simply leave a comment to each photo with translation or explanation.
I did not change any options, and frankly I am not sure if it is possible. It looks like it is purely for informational purposes. After I know more about each menu (after I have some translation) I will know at least what is what and what I can at least try to change.
