Part Number: 12518631656 is a whole harness that connects to alot of other modules, the damage is only on the end connecting to Part Number: 12618638755; the darn thing chewed through the wire. I'm thinking I only need to splice and reconnect the two wires, any thoughts? I did take a look while tech had car on lift and it wasn't a clean 'cut', does look like something chewed on it, the wire cover had a U shape missing on it...
came back from two weeks of vac. and notice car message said oil life is 600 miles left. Went in for routine 1 year oil change, tech found it and the oil life indicator won't reset, message still said I have 600 miles left on my oil-after change. The car is still driveable.
