Its all about Customer Service. The SA and others have to be the face and voice for the dealership and BMWNA. Not the easiest task at all. Anyone who has worked in any area of customer service knows what it means when someone steps out from the pack. Even just a smile and a little conversation can make their day, making you stand out from the typical bimmer driver.
