1. You may or may not qualify for factory extended warranty. Consult your dealer.
2. 3rd party warranty are hit or miss. Many of them are scams, they will try anything to weasel out of a claim.
3. Save your $2500 and find a reputable independent shop.
I would go with #3 as the 325 is not as much of a risk as the 335's N54. And if you maintain it properly, $2500 will go a long way.
