Honestly, I don't think that any stim-based fat burners are really needed unless your are in single digit BF... they should be used to help push that last little bit when most of your weight loss is already done and you need a push to help keep your energy levels up in the gym. Just my 2 cents... everyone has their own opinion about this type of stuff though.
