I have even written my "solution" to FIFA, but I'm sure they just tossed the email away.
Basically, if EUFA/FIFA would enable a two prong approach, it would pretty much eliminate faking:
1. If a player seems to be in pain or rolling in the ground as they all do, then it should be an automatic 5 minutes off the pitch. The 4th ref can keep time before allowing the player back.
2. If they use video in post matches to cut down on fakes and obvious troll attempts, like marcelo's celebration when Crouch got a red, or Busquets Peekaboo last year, and hand these players a one match suspension, that would quickly cut down on the B.S.
